自從柯薩克先生壓了個日期給未來公公後，放下了心中的大石頭，而開啟了新的挑戰！

🔺到底異國婚姻要怎麼註冊呢？

-詢問過不同的異國夫婦，各國國家皆有不同

-若配偶的國家在台有辦事處，就比較好處理，但若沒有辦事處，就必須要找他的國家在鄰近的辦事處共同的第三方國家登記結婚。柯薩克夫婦為了避免白花錢而沒有達到目的，至少詢問過3-4個台羅配夫婦的登記方式作為參考

💑有夫妻不小心在台灣先登記，結果羅馬尼亞不承認這邊的文件，他們回當地的戶政，被要求先在台灣離婚再回去那邊登記結婚

💑有夫妻在台灣登記結婚，回家補登記失敗後，男方請律師出來處理登記事宜，最後才順利登記成功

💑有夫婦直接在英國登記結婚，再回到兩國補登記

💑有夫妻先飛一趟回羅馬尼亞拿單身證明以及無犯罪證明，再飛去香港登記結婚，再從分別兩國補登記

🇭🇰香港自治區是一個很特別的地方，因為透過香港的結婚證書，很多國家原本不認證台灣的文件，因著香港與其他國家有共同公約認證的文件，而讓登記合法化。

介紹以下方式讓你與先生可以透過登記結婚取得合法配偶居留證

兩種方式皆稱為依親居留

<1>取得雙方國籍結婚證書👉🏻入台辦理居留證

<2>取得第三方國家結婚證書👉🏻入台補登記後以依親居留再度入台

取得雙方國籍的結婚證書前，為了要讓柯薩克先生在羅馬尼亞先拿到無犯罪證明以及單身證明，11月中時柯太十八相送的…讓柯薩克先生自己搭機回家，取得兩樣證件，並前往匈牙利的在台辦事處加註認證。

柯薩克先生決定和表弟開車前往布達佩斯，前去認證兩樣寶貴的文件，具當事人說法，開了整整一天的車到匈牙利，柯太在台灣每天和柯薩克視訊，覺得心疼，結婚好像戰鬥，11月冷冷的冬天，傳來柯薩克先生的自拍照，戶外都是白靄靄的雪，感覺很冷!

花了2週半取完文件的柯薩克先生，短暫的跟柯爸柯媽相見歡，2週對於柯太來說，感覺就像是2年這麼長，每天都跟支身來台灣的美國同事互相傾訴：「吼~我們都好想男友哦!」，終於柯薩克搭機回到了台灣，柯太親自開車去接機!

Big Challenge for Registering the Marriage

Since you gave my dad a date for the ceremony, you relieved a bit of the stress, but opened a new chapter of the challenge!

▲How do we register our cross-culture marriage?

We had asked a lot of couples, different nationalities have different rules.

-If your spouse has the embassy from his country in Taiwan, then that would be easier, If not, then you need to find the country that has both of your embassies located and to register the marriage and notarize the certificate. We didn’t want to spend on the unnecessary cost, so we asked at least 4 couples about the procedures.

💑One had accidentally registered here in Taiwan first, and couldn’t file the marriage back in Romania, the wife was requested to divorced here first and then could register after…

💑One had registered here first and then failed on registering back home, the groom’s family hired a layer to solve the thing…

💑One had registered the marriage in Britain(the third country), then got back to reregister in both countries.

💑One had flied back to Romania to get the single provement and criminal record, then came back to register in both countries.

🇭🇰Hong Kong is a unique place, through the marriage certificate from Hong Kong, a lot of countries can’t accept the documents from the Taiwanese government, but in turn to be able to accept the documents from Hong Kong, a simple tip is just to notarize the paper and legalize it.

There are two ways to get Souse ARC from Taiwan, both are called visiting family visas, but through different procedures.

1. Get both countries' marriage certificates, enter Taiwan with VF visa then exchange to spouse ARC. 

2. Get one country marriage certificate, enter Taiwan again with VF visa to exchange to spouse ARC.

Before getting both countries’ marriage certificates. In order to get the single provement and criminal record, you took the flight back home in November and went to Budapest, Hungary to notarize the paper with Mircea together.

It was a cold snowy day, you drove 24 hours from Bucharest to Budapest, I facetimed with you every day from Taiwan, so much love…getting married was like an unknown adventure, getting the selfie from you, seeing the snowy outside view and you two, it must be really cold there.
