🤷🏻♀️不善言辭的台灣香港辦事處🤷🏻♀️
終於，柯薩克夫婦完成了登記，可是結婚證書沒有羅台兩方的辦事處認可，是沒有辦法補注冊的。
於是我們先趕到高等法院的辦公室，希望當日申請海牙公約的認證，柯太一進入櫃檯就立即去詢問，可惜收件時間已截止。
👩🏻：「怎麼辦？如果再拖下去，機票得延後了？」
👦🏼：「不然我們問問看Jane有沒有在幫忙代辦海牙認證好了！」
柯薩克夫婦好像在跟時間賽跑一樣，由於台灣經濟辦事處的收件時間也快要截止，我們飛速的抵達位於力寶中心40樓的台灣辦事處申請認證，順道請教如何申請配偶居留簽證⋯
👩🏻：「你好，我們想申請結婚證書認證，並想請問如何申請配偶的居留簽證。」遞出護照、身份證和相關文件。
👩🏻🦱：「我沒有辦法告訴你怎麼申請配偶居留證！」
👩🏻：「可是我打越洋電話問移民署，移民署說詳細的申請狀況可以請教你們。」
👩🏻🦱：「那誰叫你們不在台灣本地登記結婚，要跑到香港來結婚⋯⋯呢？」酸溜溜的說道
收件審查官操著濃厚的港裔口音，拒絕提供任何申請配偶居留證的資訊，並一再強調沒有雙方國籍的結婚證書是無法申請的，可是柯太的確問到移民署和匈牙利辦事處，若要申請配偶簽證，可憑台灣結婚證書，及特殊規劃證明，仍然可以申請。

Finally we got the marriage certificate,but without notarized from the both embassies, it couldn’t be used to register in our countries.
So we went to the office to apply for Apostille Stamp, I ran as fast as I can to the counter, but it was already passed the time in the morning.
👩🏻,” What should we do? Should we delay the flight to apply for it?”
👦🏼,” Let’s ask Jane, maybe she can help!”
We were running out of time, we rushed to Taiwanese Embassy and tried to apply for notarized service and also asked for a clear procedure for spouse ARC, The opening hour was closed on 2pm.
👩🏻,” Hi, we’d like to apply for certificate notarized service, and also get some information for spouse ARC application procedure!”
👩🏻🦱,” we cannot offer you how to apply for a spouse ARC!”
👩🏻,” But I’d called to the immigration and also the embassy from Hungary, they said the specific detail need to ask the embassy of where I am!”
👩🏻🦱,” Then...well..., Who told you to come all the way to Hong Kong to registered your marriage? Why don’t you register it ...in Taiwan? “ she answered back meanly.
The agent had a really strong Cantonese accent, she refused to offer me any suggestion of applying for spouse ARC, but according to the immigration and our embassy in Hungary, there’s a way to apply for it easier!
